Oliva The Spanish build really lovely apartments, but in some cases they seem to forget that one might enjoy a life outside of the house, but still within your own property. When they do remember they allow for a balcony of some description. In this case they went a bit overboard and put in a really good balcony with plenty of space to sit out and enjoy the view and the weather as they had the sense to step back the floor above. You may not think it was so sensible when it's raining, but then we don't have too many days like that and every self respecting Northern European has an umbrella. The apartment is lovely and finished to a high standard with air-conditioning, marble floors granite worktops, good quality double glazing etc. It's so posh there's even a lift to take your car to the parking area where one has a dedicated place! Located at the edge of Oliva it's an easy flat walk into the hustle and bustle areas of the town, and equally easy to return to the tranquillity of your refuge. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a superb kitchen with space for informal dining and the lounge opening out onto the terrace (for it is much more than just a balcony) Parking below and a storeroom above complete the picture. When you go up to the store room you can enjoy a truly impressive view from the communal terrace.
