It's where the smart people live! They have to be otherwise the names a bit tricky. Actually it is quite a cool place to live. I should know as almost half my family live there. My sister actually lives next door although I'm not sure that's a fine selling point. Until you meet her though you should take it as one. Jeremy Clarkson once famously said that it had looks that could "snap knicker elastic at 50 paces" He was talking about the Ford Probe (fat lot of good that did the car then!), but here we may be talking about the view. It's certainly difficult not to be impressed although I don't think you will have to be too worried about your undergarments. Definitely one to enjoy and this can be done even from your own bed. The entrance level to the house was originally designed as a three bedroom villa, but the master suite has grown to encompass the third bedroom leaving an impressively spacious room with en-suite facilities from which to enjoy the view. (the room not the en-suite) There is another level below which also provides a full two bedroom apartment with all facilities which is fabulous for guests or ideal to rent out for additional income.
