Description

The finest village in La Safor and possibly in Spain itself. The Perspicacious Purchaser (That's you!) Proudly Paraded his Particularly Pretty Posh Pad which he Practically Purloined from a Poor Purveyor of Property (That's me!) in a Privileged Position, Perched Provocatively at the Perimeter of the Pueblo. I'm not so sure that houses can perch provocatively, but if they could it would. Life in the Pueblo concerned, Alfauir, can be highly recommended, well by me at least as I've lived there for some years without plans to change which is pretty impressive for me. The village has excellent access and is close to the hubs of activity such as Gandia (12 minutes) or Valencia (50 minutes). There are lovely walks close by and if you don't want to you don't have to leave the village for all your every day bits and pieces. There may only be three or four hundred people living in the village, but we've got a supermarket! The house was designed with space and light in mind and really is rather nice. It's quite big at around 220m2, but its size is put to efficient use and it feels very comfortable rather than an over-sized rabbit warren. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms (one en-suite to the master bedroom) complement the large lounge, fabulous kitchen diner and of course the garden which opens out onto a park with a kiddies play area (fantastic for the kids and grand-kids if you've been lucky enough). Excellent condition throughout and thoroughly recommended by me.
