Do so, as you will find that the flat has a lovely outlook over the park which converts into a sea view when the leaves fall and also has a very convenient distribution. This is not so obvious from the photos, but on entering the apartment there is a spacious distribution hallway from where there are three options, behind Door number 1, the kitchen, Doors 2 and 3 (double doors) the lounge or door 4, the sleeping areas providing a comfortable break between the living and sleeping areas and a high degree of privacy for all occupants.
