Oliva Accessible, both in price and location. A half decent four bedroom two bathroom village home in a position that affords a nice flat walk into town and to the plethora of facilities that adorn the metropolis. (you can walk to the supermarket without getting out of breath) I did say only half decent, but there isn't much wrong with the other half. The house has been modernised, but not in the last couple of years. It's in pretty good order and is worth a nose as they say. Quite what value a nose has I'm not sure!
